La Pobla de Vallbona offers 17 residential plots in a single lot until 28 October, at an average of 83,509 euros. Across Camp de Túria comarca 6 works accept bids, the first closes on Tuesday 13 in Serra, and a Bétera IT firm starts life on 30 euros.

Vilamarxant puts green areas in three streets and a square out to tender. On 8 October the town council published on the Plataforma de Contratación, the official portal where public bodies publish their tenders, the works, tendered for 261,106 euros excluding VAT, before taxes. The licitación, a public tender in which companies compete, closes on 28 October.
The frontón courts of la Pobla de Vallbona's Ciudad Deportiva are coming down. The same day saw the demolition come out, tendered for 68,645 euros excluding VAT, with bids until 26 October.
Loriguilla seeks someone to widen its bridge. The largest of the 6 open works is the widening of the bridge over the Pozalet ravine, at 758,440 euros excluding VAT.
Benaguasil, Serra and Náquera complete the list. Open are the resurfacing in Benaguasil, for 627,269 euros, the restoration of the Torre del Señor de la Vila in Serra, for 293,685, and the farm tracks of Náquera, for 147,959.

The seller is la Pobla de Vallbona town council. Still open is the sale of 17 buildable plots for residential use in Vista Calderona, tendered for 1,419,650 euros excluding VAT, with bids until 28 October.

Bétera gathers 4 of the 9 contracts already placed, tendered for 7,951,527 euros

Seven municipalities with a contract placed or about to be

PAVASAL EMPRESA CONSTRUCTORA holds 55% of what has been placed. It is the contractor for the enlargement of the Mas Camarena tank, in Bétera, tendered for 4,164,673 euros excluding VAT, and for l'Eliana's 2026 asphalting, at 240,784.
Bétera counts three more commissions. GEOCIVIL develops the surroundings of the Torre en Conill school plot, at 1,147,435 euros, VIVERS CENTRE VERD upgrades the parks and gardens, at 292,687, and NUNSYS S.A. supplies the audiovisual systems of the Cuartel General Terrestre de Alta Disponibilidad, at 150,000.
Llíria, l'Eliana and Marines add up to five commissions. The first phase of Llíria's Plaza Mayor, at 1,310,408 euros, goes to the UTE VALLE D'OR VALENCIA and ELECTROTECNIA MONRABAL, a temporary joint venture of companies. There an architecture practice is drafting the design for a demolition ordered by a court ruling. In l'Eliana, Creación y Desarrollo Eventos handles the audiovisual support for municipal events, at 187,008. SERCYOVAL, a works and services firm, is redeveloping three streets in Marines, at 454,901.
Six contracts worth 1,621,375 euros lack a chosen company. They are en evaluación, because the public body is assessing the bids. They are calle Joan Martorell, at 964,851 euros, and the La Mallà building, at 275,617, both in Riba-roja de Túria, two streets in la Rascanya, in la Pobla de Vallbona, at 165,257, the play equipment in the Parque del Real in Marines, at 133,280, a sewer main in Vilamarxant and the LED lights for the Bétera barracks, at 18,000. Serra and Náquera closed the deadline for the hermitage of Sant Josep i la Creu and for the Los Vientos traffic cameras.

Llíria gives 20 days for its birth grant and l'Eliana funds its photography contest with 600 euros

LABORA opens its programme backing self-employment among women. LABORA, the Valencian Employment and Training Service of the Generalitat, registered on 5 October in the BDNS, the National Grants Database, the 2026 convocatoria, the notice that opens the window, for the programme supporting the continuation of women's self-employment. The l'Eliana photography contest is in its second edition. On 8 October the town council published the rules of the competition against gender violence, with a budget of 600 euros. It accepts applications from individuals until 13 November.
Llíria sets aside 10,000 euros for its birth, adoption or fostering line. On 7 October the town council recorded the Ben Rebuda grants for 2026. The register sets the application period at 20 calendar days from publication in the Boletín Oficial de la Provincia, for individuals with no economic activity.

A Bétera programming company starts out on 30 euros and another 10 companies on 3,000

KENEMU COMPUTING SERVICES is born in Bétera with 30 euros. The BORME, the Official Gazette of the Companies Register where each new company is published, records on 5 October this computer programming company. The other 10 start with 3,000 euros of capital social, the money the partners put in, 100 times more.
VALENCIA PRIME CAPITAL GROUP is the only property company. It registers in Bétera on 9 October to let, buy and sell property. Bétera's third is REST MAS DE RODA, in beverage services. In la Pobla de Vallbona come SALIDAS Y LLEGADAS, in textile retail, NEGOZIA BUSINESS, in telephony, and one in wooden flooring.
A further four municipalities see a company born. The BORME of 7 October brings to l'Eliana ELITE INVERSIONES PREMIUM, a holding, the company that holds stakes in other firms, and a bakery, to Serra PRAESTANTIA GLOBAL, in aeronautical consultancy, and to San Antonio de Benagéber a consultancy. SALSEO INVERSOR, in information services, is born in Náquera on the 5th.

La Pobla de Vallbona also still has its Vista Calderona land on sale. Bétera, Llíria, Marines and l'Eliana have 9 contracts already placed and Riba-roja de Túria awaits the outcome of two works. Llíria recorded a municipal grant with a period of 20 calendar days, l'Eliana a contest and LABORA a regional call. The BORME brought 11 new registrations spread among Bétera, la Pobla de Vallbona, l'Eliana, Náquera, Serra and San Antonio de Benagéber. Gátova, Benissanó, Olocau and Casinos went without any contract or newly formed company of theirs during these days.
