Burgos city council sells plot 112 in Villalonquéjar IV, tendered at 829,756 euros excluding VAT

PUERTA 3 DESARROLLOS CORPORATIVOS, in tourist lodging, hospitality and property, puts in 200,000 euros, eight of every ten raised by the 14 companies the Burgos comarca gained in seven days. Villagonzalo Pedernales and Cardeñajimeno take works proposals today only and the Junta earmarks 1.07 million for three schemes open to applications.

Plot 112 accounts for almost half of the three sales

Plot 112 now has an owner. Burgos city council this week closed the auction sale of municipal plot 112 in Sector S-26, tendered at 829,755.91 euros excluding VAT, before tax, to ALPESA DESARROLLO CORPORATIVO.
Two more plots on the same estate are sold. Plots 29 and 109A, in the same sector and tendered at 669,906.40 euros, went earlier to GRUAS ROXU.
One municipal ground-floor shop remains unsold. The council is reviewing bids, with no buyer chosen yet, for premises on calle Siervas de Jesús, tendered at 270,218.63 euros.
Bids on a 170 metre home in the capital have closed. The court auction, a sale ordered by a court, of a home of 170 built square metres including common areas in the city of Burgos closed on 14 October. The median CasasValue of its building, the value CASAS.ES estimates for every home, is 246,307 euros.

Revilla del Campo's treatment plant opens a run of six contracts taking bids, with 1.02 million

Two deadlines this Thursday and the last in mid November

Revilla del Campo commissions its treatment plant. On 15 October its town council opened a tender, a public competition in which companies bid for works or services, for the treatment plant, at 52,627.86 euros excluding VAT.
Mercado Norte supervision remains open to tenders. Burgos city council seeks the dirección facultativa, the team that directs the works and checks they follow the design, of the new Mercado Norte market, at 674,129.45 euros, two thirds of the money on offer.
Two villages close bidding today. Villagonzalo Pedernales is repairing Camino de Fuente Murcia and two more for 79,326.35 euros and Cardeñajimeno is extending its cemetery for 52,595.54. Then come the Villariezo square, at 103,271.53, and a track in Carcedo de Burgos, at 59,260.66.

A tourism and property firm heads the comarca's 14 launches with 200,000 euros

The city and a single firm account for most of the registrations

PUERTA 3 starts out with 200,000 euros. PUERTA 3 DESARROLLOS CORPORATIVOS appeared on 15 October in the BORME, the Official Gazette of the Companies Register, where new companies must by law be published. Most others start with share capital, the money partners put in at founding, of 3,000 euros.
Three will work in construction. CONTRATAS MANYA will do building and bricklaying, ELECTRICIDAD RAMA 2.0 electrical and plumbing work, and AMASTA INSTALACIONES SOLDADURA Y TUBERIAS pipe welding, with 3,000 euros each.
Developers, hotels and holding firms take the city. In came 51 CERO UNO PROMOCION DE VIVIENDAS, with 3,100 euros, SENGALLU NOVA PATRIMONIAL, with 9,000, and on the 21st AXIS INVERSIONES Y PROYECTOS, BOUDA HOTELES, RUGAR FAMILY GROUP and RESIDENCIA UNIVERSITARIA SAN AMARO.
A haulier picks Modúbar de la Emparedada. It is CRUZADOTRANS, and the other 13 are based in the city of Burgos.

Burgos city council keeps studying which builder gets the Mercado Norte, tendered at 21.7 million excluding VAT

Nobody has been picked to build the new market. The construction of the new Mercado Norte building and the development of its surroundings, tendered at 21,711,093.75 euros, is worth 12 times the other four contracts put together.
Sports designs and rehousing, still unawarded. No firm has been picked for the designs and works supervision of a sports centre, at 932,666.15 euros, or the rehousing and social housing programme, at 400,086.24.

Eight village works with bidding over, from the Arlanzón surgery to the Cubillo del Campo recycling point

Arlanzón, to the east, has the largest amount

Arlanzón weighs two contracts at once. It is choosing firms to turn a municipal building into a surgery, tendered at 246,924.02 euros excluding VAT, and for the multipurpose space on calle Newton, at 180,252.74.
Pedrosa, Cubillo, Cardeñajimeno and the Mancomunidad, no new bids. The Pedrosa de Río Úrbel warehouse, at 215,322.74 euros, the Cubillo del Campo recycling point, at 51,025.44, the Cardeñajimeno cycle lane lighting, at 44,328.23, and the energy upgrade of the headquarters of the Mancomunidad del Río Ausín, a grouping of councils sharing services, in Villagonzalo Pedernales, at 70,917.93, await a decision.
Two village contracts are resolved. GEOLYKA23 will refurbish the multi-use building in Revillarruz, and a firm is already chosen for the lighting of avenida Prado de los Toros in Villalbilla de Burgos.

Women entrepreneurs, shops and students get three regional schemes worth 1.07 million

Only three in thirteen are open to applications

Young women starting out have until 6 November. The Junta, Castilla y León's regional government, is sharing 200,000 euros for entrepreneurship and hiring of women aged 18 to 30 in trades with few women. SMEs and the self-employed may apply.
Traditional shops vie for 36,000 euros in prizes. The regional Industry department calls the 19th Traditional Retail Awards, for retail SMEs and the self-employed. Entries close on 6 November.
Sixth-form and vocational students can seek a grant. The Consejería de Educación, the regional education department, shares 830,000 euros in grants for Bachillerato students, the last two school years, and Formación Profesional, official studies that qualify for a profession. Applications close on 18 November.
Firms evacuated in the wildfires get another batch. The Junta registered batches IX and X of direct aid to the self-employed and SMEs in towns evacuated this summer. The money already has recipients.
