Two Sierra de Yeguas companies published on one day hold 77% of the capital created this week

The Antequera comarca gains 8 new companies holding 78,120 euros between them, of which 60,120 come from two Sierra de Yeguas firms set up to hold stakes in other companies. Cuevas de San Marcos and Archidona open three municipal grants funded with 39,500 euros.

The Manuel Flores estate will replace its windows through a tender of 489,804 euros excluding VAT

How many small works fit into the two large ones
  • New windows to use less energy. The Sociedad para la Promoción y la Explotación de los Recursos de Antequera y su Comarca published on 2 October the tender, a public competition in which companies bid to carry out works or a service, to replace the windows and exterior joinery of the homes on the Manuel Flores estate, in the city of Antequera. It goes out at 489,804 euros excluding VAT, a figure before tax. The aim is to improve thermal comfort and cut energy consumption. Bids are accepted until 22 October.
  • Villanueva de la Concepción looks for a building firm for a new drinking water tank. Its town council put out to tender on 30 September on the Plataforma de Contratación, the official portal where public bodies publish their tenders for works and services, the construction of the tank, with a budget of 426,300 euros excluding VAT. Builders have until 21 October. Together with the windows it comes to 916,104 euros, 85 of every 100 that the Antequera comarca has out to tender.

  • A park and some pipes remain with no company chosen. With the deadline already closed, two remain under assessment, meaning the public body is studying the bids and has not yet chosen a company. They are the children's playground in the Los Remedios neighbourhood, in the city of Antequera, which started from 81,503 euros excluding VAT, and the rerouting of pipes in Villanueva de Algaidas, of 24,793.

The Cuco and Zamarra tracks leave assessment with a company after a tender of 82,645 euros

From publication to closed contract, 101 days
  • El Cuco and Zamarra are to get new asphalt. The asphalting of the two rural tracks in Villanueva de Algaidas, tendered at 82,645 euros excluding VAT, moved this week from the assessment of bids to being listed as awarded to HORMIGONES ASFALTICOS ANDALUCES S.A. The award is the step in which the public body chooses the company that will do the work.

The remodelling of section 6 of that street, which went out to tender on 23 June at 384,418 euros excluding VAT and already had a company, QSOLPANGON S.L., has been listed since 2 October, 101 days later, as resolved, meaning the tender is over and the contract has been closed.
  • Sierra de Yeguas resolves Calle Real. The site works and paving of that stretch, with a budget of 122,017 euros excluding VAT, appears as resolved without the Plataforma naming the company.
  • Two larger contracts remain closed and unchanged. Antequera town council keeps resolved and with a company its 2026 Plan de Asfaltos, the resurfacing programme that is the largest contract by amount in the Antequera comarca at 619,835 euros excluding VAT, and the change of use of the forge workshop at El Henchidero, of 191,960 euros.

Cuevas de San Marcos and Archidona open three municipal grants with 39,500 euros

Three municipal grants with money and a deadline
  • Cuevas de San Marcos puts up 30,000 euros for studying. Its town council published on 30 September in the BDNS, the Base de Datos Nacional de Subvenciones or National Grants Database, the public register where every administration announces its grants, the study grants. They are for individuals and are applied for within ten working days, the days left once Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays are excluded, from the moment applications open after the notice in the provincial gazette.
  • Archidona helps with books and rewards short films. Archidona town council sets aside 6,000 euros for grants for books and school materials in infant education, with a deadline of one month from their notice in the provincial gazette. And it funds with 3,500 euros the third short film competition Archidona es de cine, which accepts entries until 19 November.
  • Andalusia's Junta adds four lines of grants. The Servicio Andaluz de Empleo, the Junta de Andalucía body that manages employment policy, opens a call for grants for young people aged 18 to 29. The Junta also publishes grants to compensate for losses from the flooding caused by the storms, travel grants for students training in workplaces and the Research Prize of its Consejo Económico y Social. The other 5 publications of the week's 12 are grants and agreements with a recipient already decided.

Sierra de Yeguas produces two holding companies of 30,060 euros each

Where the week's capital was registered
  • Two holding companies, one day and one straight after the other. NOVARIS CAPITAL SL and SBC INVERSIONES Y ACTIVOS SL appeared on 30 September, in consecutive entries, in the BORME, the Boletín Oficial del Registro Mercantil or Official Gazette of the Companies Register, where new companies, capital changes and closures must be published by law. Both are holding companies, that is, companies whose purpose is to buy, hold and manage stakes in other companies.
  • Sierra de Yeguas concentrates the money. Each is born with 30,060 euros of share capital, which is the money the partners put in when founding the company and not its turnover. Together they contribute 60,120 of the 78,120 euros of the 8 companies that the companies gazette published from 28 September to 1 October, 77%.
  • Construction adds three firms. CONSTRUCCIONES ORTEGICAR SL, from Teba, will work in residential buildings and property development. In the city of Antequera come REVAXRAIL SL, in railway tracks and building, and ENELEC SOLUCIONES ELECTRICAS SL, in electrical installations, bricklaying, plumbing and painting. Each starts out with 3,000 euros.
  • Drinks, beauty and dentistry complete the list. They are SD COFFE SL, in drinks services, also from the city of Antequera, CENTROS DE BELLEZA QUIERETE SL in Archidona and a dental clinic in Campillos.

Archidona processes an equine therapy activity at Cerro de la Cruz and Fuente de Piedra moves a planning file

Three municipalities with a land or auction notice
  • Equine therapy at Cerro de la Cruz. The provincial gazette of 5 October publishes the public consultation notice for an action project, a proyecto de actuación, for an equine therapy activity at that spot in Archidona.
  • Fuente de Piedra gives initial approval to a planning document for Calle Huelva. The same gazette publishes the initial approval of a detailed study, an estudio de detalle, on that street.
  • No auction to bid on this week. The only court auction in the Antequera comarca, a public sale ordered by a court in which anyone can bid, that of commercial premises in the city of Antequera, closed its bidding on 28 September and no other opened. The official notice gives no metres. The premises are in a 2004 building with 15 homes. CasasValue, the value CASAS.ES estimates for every home, has its middle value in that building at 408,411 euros, a figure for the homes and not the price of the premises.
