Two homes built in the sixties and an industrial building close their court sales in the city of Albacete

- The comarca's three auctions have all closed. The Portal de Subastas, the official website of the BOE, Spain's Official State Gazette, closed bidding on 5 October for a home and for an industrial building, and on the 7th for another home. These are court auctions, a public sale ordered by a court, all in the city of Albacete. Their edictos, the official notice of each auction, do not give the floor area.
- Both buildings sit at around 150,000 euros of CasasValue per home. CasasValue, the value CASAS.ES estimates for every home, gives the two buildings, from 1966 and 1967, a median of about 150,000 euros per home. The industrial building has no CasasValue. The CASAS.ES map shows the figure for every building in the city.
