The A Coruña comarca registers 20 companies, fourth of 21, while Culleredo and Carral seek builders

The A Coruña comarca registers 20 new companies in six municipalities, outranked by just three of the other 20 comarcas covered today, and ANFER ESPACIOS leads on capital with 20,000 euros. A Coruña city council, Culleredo and Carral are awaiting bids in three tenders worth 427,672 euros before VAT, a pre-tax figure, with the last deadline on 13 October. A Coruña city council also approves 648,723 euros in grants from the Bolsas Norteamérica programme.

Access to Muelle A2 at the outer port moves to awarded. This week the Port of A Coruña moved to the award stage (adjudicación), the step in which the public body chooses the company that will do the work, for the works on the access road to Muelle A2 at Punta Langosteira. They were put out to tender (licitación), a public tender in which companies bid to carry out works or a service, at 1,009,511 euros before VAT. The Plataforma de Contratación, the official portal where public bodies publish their tenders for works and services, does not yet show the name of the company. Only two contracts awarded or closed this week across the 21 comarcas published today start from a higher amount, an energy service in Gijón and a works contract in the Henares comarca.
The Oza quay renews its power network. MONTAJES ELECTRICOS VIZCAINO, S.L. takes on the overhaul of the power network at the Oza quay, tendered at 149,792 euros before VAT. The expansion of Muelle A3, tendered at 10,998,278 euros before VAT, was already in the hands of four construction firms led by OBRASCON HUARTE LAIN SA and DRAGADOS SA.
Bergondo turns its industrial estate green. ISMO ESTUDIOS TÉCNICOS DE RESTAURACIÓN Y REHABILITACIÓN SLU will carry out the climate and green infrastructure upgrade of the Bergondo industrial estate and its Atlantic woodland, tendered at 54,740 euros before VAT.
Carral renews the pedestrian surface next to Os Mártires. This week Carral town council moved to awarded the improvement of the pavement surfaces, tendered at 41,939 euros before VAT. In the city, the municipal government awarded the perimeter fence and the improvement of a public space, tendered at 139,499 euros before VAT.
Abegondo renews the San Marcos pumping station. Abegondo now has a company for the renewal of the San Marcos pumping station, tendered at 53,954 euros before VAT.

Culleredo, Carral and Los Rosales accept proposals until 13 October for 427,672 euros

The first deadline falls on Monday 5 and the last on the 13th

Boedo seeks a company to extend its sewerage network. Culleredo town council is taking bids until 7 October for the extension of the sewerage network in Boedo, tendered at 249,724 euros before VAT, the largest of the three open tenders in the comarca.
Carral extends its pavements to Culleredo. The second phase of the Sobrepiñeiro pavements up to the boundary with Culleredo, tendered at 123,884 euros before VAT, accepts bids until 13 October. In the city of A Coruña, the repair of the roof of the Los Rosales Municipal Employment Centre, tendered at 54,064 euros before VAT, closes on 5 October.
Nostián now only awaits a verdict. The concession to refurbish and operate the Nostián Waste Treatment Plant, tendered at 349,934,115 euros before VAT, has already closed its bidding period and is under assessment (en evaluación), which means the public body is assessing the bids and has not yet chosen a company. It is the largest tender in the comarca in the data package.
Oleiros, Arteixo and the Pazo de Mariñán await a company. The stands and changing rooms at the O Redondo football ground, in Oleiros, tendered at 1,437,199 euros before VAT, and the Oseiro through road, in Arteixo, tendered at 560,061 euros before VAT, have already closed their bidding periods and remain under assessment. The Diputación de A Coruña, the provincial council, which mainly serves small towns, has also been assessing since this week the bids for the upgrade of the access and car park at the Pazo de Mariñán, tendered at 138,867 euros before VAT, whose deadline closed on 28 September.

Two in every three euros stay in the city

ANFER ESPACIOS leads the new capital with 20,000 euros. Registered on 24 September in the Boletín Oficial del Registro Mercantil, the BORME, the Official Gazette of the Companies Register, where new companies are published, ANFER ESPACIOS, S.L. is founded in the city of A Coruña with 20,000 euros of share capital, the money the partners put in when founding the company and not its turnover, to sell building materials and let homes, premises and warehouses. It is followed by SODYGESPA, S.L., with 11,200 euros.
Three new firms go into property and building. S13FLATS, SOCIEDAD LIMITADA, in the city, will act as an intermediary in the sale and letting of property and carry out refurbishments, according to the BORME of 24 September. WOODS BY GI, S.L. works in construction and renovation, and LLEDA ATLANTICA, S.L., in Culleredo, in property development, according to the BORME of 29 September. All three start with 3,000 euros.
Only three comarcas, Málaga, Corredor del Henares and Vallès Occidental, add more companies this week. With 20 companies, the A Coruña comarca ranks fourth of the 21 comarcas published today. In Oleiros, PLATANO PRODUCTIONS, S.L. starts with 9,576 euros, according to the BORME of 29 September.

Courts auction two A Coruña city homes, one of 90 usable metres, with the last bids due on 15 October

Twelve and thirteen days left to bid from today

A 1991-built home in A Coruña city awaits bids. The Portal de Subastas, the BOE's official auction website, the BOE being Spain's Official State Gazette, where courts auction property and anyone who registers can bid, opened bidding on 24 September for a home in A Coruña city. It is in a 1991 building with a median CasasValue, the value CASAS.ES estimates for every home, of 335,678 euros. Bidding closes on 14 October.
Another 90-metre home has been up for auction since 25 September. The second court auction in the comarca, a public sale ordered by a court, is a home of 90 usable metres in A Coruña city, with bidding open until 15 October.

A Coruña city council approves 648,723 euros in grants from the Bolsas Norteamérica 2027-2028 programme

Both calls reached the BDNS before this edition

Municipal Norteamérica grants 2027-2028. On 28 September A Coruña city council published in the Base de Datos Nacional de Subvenciones (BDNS), the National Grants Database, the public register where every administration announces its grants, the rules of the A Coruña no Mundo programme, Bolsas Norteamérica 2027-2028, with 648,723 euros for people who do not carry out an economic activity. Applications open the day after the summary appears in the provincial gazette and run for fifteen working days.
