HS INDAL INMOBILIARIOS starts in El Ejido with 126,102 euros as Adra and La Mojonera tender four works

The Poniente Almeriense comarca registers 22 new companies, and HS INDAL INMOBILIARIOS, from El Ejido, puts in 126,102 euros, 42 times the 3,000 contributed by 15 of them. Adra and La Mojonera seek bids on four works whose combined price excluding VAT is 637,055 euros, and in Llanos Vícar has picked its builder.

Two of the Poniente's 22 companies pass 100,000 euros

HS INDAL INMOBILIARIOS starts out with 126,102 euros. It is in the BORME of 19 October, the Official Gazette of the Companies Register, where new companies are published, set up to buy, develop and sell property. Its share capital, the money the partners put in, is 42 times the 3,000 euros of 15 of the comarca's 22 new companies and 38.7 per cent of the week's 325,855 euros. A week earlier there were 22 with 954,886 euros.
INDAL LOGISTICA will make cardboard and wooden packaging. It is born in the same BORME of 19 October with 120,552 euros. The two total 246,654 euros, 75.7 per cent of the comarca's new capital.
Renting, hospitality and bricks in three more companies. In La Mojonera, VILLAFRUT PLAIN will rent out its own properties, according to the BORME of 20 October. In El Ejido come VELVET & GIN, a company for bars, restaurants and property rental, in the BORME of 21 October, and a residential builder bearing a person's name, in the BORME of 15 October.
Roquetas de Mar draws level, mostly with services. Its ten include CENTRO DENTAL AGUALON, with 10,000 euros, and the tech firm PORTRISE INNOVATION, from the BORME of 16 October, and INVER SHERIFF, which will make metal doors and windows, from the BORME of 14 October. Adra gets a new bar, LA TASCA DEL TOLE.
El Ejido farming adds two produce traders. They are CITRIBERICA PRODUCE, from the BORME of 14 October, and TRANSAGRO IBERIA, from that of 20 October.

Four tenders worth 637,055 euros seek a contractor in Adra and La Mojonera

Adra's nursery accounts for four of every ten euros

La Mojonera puts the San Pedro Apóstol sports court out to tender. The restoration of the sports court at the San Pedro Apóstol state school went out to tender on 15 October. It is a public tender in which companies submit bids, on the Plataforma de Contratación del Sector Público, the official portal where public bodies publish their tenders. It is tendered at 101,221.48 euros excluding VAT, before tax, until 4 November.
Adra, with three works open. The redesign of the Plaza Ibiza, tendered at 185,402 euros excluding VAT, accepts bids until 26 October, the new roof for the municipal swimming pool, tendered at 84,161.18 euros excluding VAT, until 2 November, and the refurbishment of the municipal nursery, tendered at 266,270.79 euros excluding VAT, until 9 November.

What the stage of each Roquetas works means

Aguadulce tank and bridge, with builders. GRUPOCOPSA has the 70,000 cubic metre drinking water tank, tendered at 13,372,778.41 euros excluding VAT, and JARQUIL CONSTRUCCIÓN the bridge over the Rambla de San Antonio, tendered at 2,057,819.57 euros excluding VAT.
Niches and restoration, no contractor yet. The 716 prefabricated burial units, tendered at 595,065.87 euros excluding VAT, closed for bids on 13 October without an award, the step in which the public body chooses the company. The restoration of the Torre de los Cerrillos, tendered at 165,002.23 euros excluding VAT and paid 50 per cent each by Roquetas de Mar and El Ejido, is still being assessed, the public body is weighing the bids and has not yet chosen a company. The four total 16,190,666.08 euros excluding VAT.

Vícar and Adra works with a company or under review

Llanos de Vícar gets a community centre. Vícar awarded MAYFRA OBRAS Y SERVICIOS the Centro Social de Llanos de Vícar, tendered at 279,230.28 euros excluding VAT. The European Regional Development Fund, EU money for the regions, pays 85 per cent of it.
FIRCOSA DESARROLLOS repairs the Adra seafront promenade. It has the pavements of the seafront promenade, tendered at 251,053.84 euros excluding VAT. In Vícar, the water network of the Canal de Benínar, tendered at 194,214.88 euros excluding VAT, is still being assessed.

Roquetas de Mar ends a court auction while plot G2 still lacks a published buyer

From five auctions to one, already closed

Bidding closed for a 2002 Roquetas flat. The court auction, a public sale ordered by a court, of a home in Roquetas de Mar closed for bids on 18 October. The building, from 2002, has a median CasasValue, the value CASAS.ES estimates for every home, of 214,573 euros.
Council plot for protected homes, buyer not published. Roquetas de Mar has had the tender for the sale of plot G2 of municipal land earmarked for protected homes resolved since before this week, tendered at 379,327.53 euros excluding VAT. The Platform does not publish a buyer.

El Ejido brotherhoods may seek council aid as Andalusia amends the Plan Renove

Of 30 grants, only four can be applied for

Andalusian adjustment to the car grant. The Agencia Andaluza de la Energía, the Andalusian regional government body that runs energy grants, published an amendment to the call for the Plan Renove Vehículos Andalucía, the notice that opens the window to apply for a grant.
El Ejido's brotherhoods and confraternities may seek a grant. El Ejido city council registered on 14 October the call for grants for the municipality's brotherhoods and confraternities.
The Diputación keeps the Berja addiction centre going. The Diputación de Almería, the provincial government, grants Berja town council a nominative financial assistance to keep it running in 2026, a grant that already has a recipient.

Between 14 and 21 October, El Ejido added ten new companies, including HS INDAL INMOBILIARIOS and INDAL LOGISTICA, which together hold 246,654 euros, and Roquetas de Mar another ten. There, bidding ended on a flat sold at a court-ordered auction. La Mojonera registered one new firm and is seeking bids to restore the San Pedro Apóstol sports court, Adra opened a bar and has three works tenders open, Vícar awarded a facility in Llanos and Berja receives provincial funds to treat addictions. In Enix, Felix, Dalías and Balanegra none of their own files were recorded in the period.
