GRUPOCOPSA will build a tank for 70 million litres of water in Aguadulce, Roquetas de Mar

In Aguadulce, part of Roquetas de Mar, GRUPOCOPSA will build the 70,000 cubic metre tank, tendered at 13.4 million plus VAT. Adra's Pago del Lugar square goes to MAYFRA OBRAS Y SERVICIOS, and the town's municipal nursery awaits offers for the works, while the Poniente Almeriense comarca registers 22 new companies.

GRUPOCOPSA will build the 70,000 cubic metre water reservoir in Aguadulce

GRUPOCOPSA will build the municipal water tank in Aguadulce. Roquetas de Mar city council closed the tender for the new 70,000 cubic metre tank in Aguadulce, tendered at 13,372,778.41 euros before VAT, that is, before tax. The Plataforma de Contratación, the official portal where public bodies publish their tenders for works and services, already gives it to GRUPOCOPSA, last updated 8 October.
In Adra, the Pago del Lugar square goes to MAYFRA OBRAS Y SERVICIOS. The Plataforma already lists as awarded, the step in which the public body chooses the company that will do the work, the refurbishment of the Pago del Lugar square in Adra, tendered at 376,158.55 euros before VAT, last updated 13 October.
Adra and Roquetas de Mar had already closed two others. The Adra seafront promenade, tendered at 251,053.84 euros before VAT, lists FIRCOSA DESARROLLOS as the contractor. The Roquetas de Mar plot for protected housing ended its tender with no buyer recorded.

Adra opens three tenders worth 535,834 euros for its nursery, square and pool

Five contracts await a company with the bidding deadline already closed

Adra wants to refurbish its municipal nursery. Adra published on 13 October the refurbishment of the municipal nursery, tendered at 266,270.79 euros before VAT in a public tender in which companies submit offers until 9 November.
Plaza Ibiza and the municipal pool keep their tenders open. Still open are Plaza Ibiza, for 185,402 euros before VAT until 26 October, and the roof of the municipal swimming pool, for 84,161.18 euros until 2 November. The three add up to 535,833.97 euros, everything open in the comarca.
Roquetas de Mar and Vícar closed bidding on four works and are reviewing three. Bidding closed on 13 October for the 716 burial units at the Roquetas de Mar cemetery, tendered at 595,065.87 euros before VAT. The public body is reviewing the offers for the Centro Social Llanos de Vícar, the Canal de Benínar network and the Torre de los Cerrillos.
Waste treatment for the comarca has lacked a contractor since 2024. Still being assessed is the waste treatment of the Consorcio de Residuos Sólidos del Poniente Almeriense, tendered at 372,851,364.06 euros before VAT, with bidding closed in March 2024.

The Poniente Almeriense comarca gains 22 companies with 954,886 euros of capital

Fourth comarca of the day by capital of its new companies

Eight days bring 22 new companies to the Poniente Almeriense comarca. The Boletín Oficial del Registro Mercantil (BORME), the Official Gazette of the Companies Register, where new companies, capital changes and closures must be published by law, lists 22 new companies in the Poniente Almeriense comarca from 7 to 14 October, 11 in Roquetas de Mar, 8 in El Ejido and one each in Berja, Vícar and La Mojonera. They bring 954,886 euros of share capital, the money the partners put in.
ORVIA GESTION GLOBAL brings 683,466 euros to El Ejido. ORVIA GESTION GLOBAL, which manages holdings in other companies, contributes 71.6 per cent of the capital. Next comes CONCIENCIA Y BIENESTAR, a beauty business, in La Mojonera, with 128,000 euros.
Berja and Roquetas de Mar gain construction firms. Newly registered are CONSTRUCCIONES BARRUKA in Berja and CYBERDREAM WORKS in Roquetas de Mar, for housing. In El Ejido DKSH 3 MF is set up, a company that buys, sells and lets property and develops buildings.

Roquetas de Mar home under judicial auction accepts bids until 18 October

Third of the day's 21 comarcas for auctions

One Roquetas de Mar home is still taking court-ordered bids. Still up for auction, a public sale ordered by a court, is a home in Roquetas de Mar whose building, from 2002, has a median CasasValue, the value CASAS.ES estimates for every home, of 214,573 euros. Bids are accepted until 18 October.
Roquetas de Mar closed two other auctions this month. The auction of a home of 79 built square metres, in a building with a median CasasValue of 153,788 euros, closed on 7 October, and on the 13th that of a building with a warehouse and a home on a 210 square metre plot.
El Ejido saw both its auctions end. The auction of a home of 130 built square metres ended on 13 October and that of another home on the 7th, with no floor area in the edicto, the official notice of the auction.
