Sant Pere de Ribes city council registers twelve agreements worth 18,424.50 euros, with 6,409 to Les Roquetes

Between 8 and 14 October Sant Pere de Ribes city council took twelve 2025 agreements worth 18,424.50 euros to the BDNS, and four Les Roquetes organisations receive 6,409. The Garraf comarca also added nine companies, two of which declare housing construction or development, and bidding ended on three auctions in Olivella and Vilanova i la Geltrú.

BLUE JANUARY REAL ESTATE S.L, registered in Cubelles, lists property development among its activities. BLUE JANUARY REAL ESTATE S.L appeared in the BORME of 15 October, the Official Gazette of the Companies Register, where new companies, capital changes and closures must be published by law. It is registered in Cubelles with 3,000 euros of share capital, the money the partners put in when founding the company, not its turnover. Its corporate purpose includes buying and selling property and developing and building on it.
In Sant Pere de Ribes, a computer shop that also declares residential building work. A computer shop in Sant Pere de Ribes appeared in the BORME of 8 October, also with 3,000 euros. Its main activity is the retail sale of computer equipment, but among its secondary activities it declares the construction of residential buildings.
Architecture as an intermediary in Vilanova i la Geltrú. RADIOPUNKT S.L appeared in the BORME of 13 October with 3,000 euros. Its corporate purpose is to provide technical architecture services as an intermediary, as well as interior, graphic and product design.

Olivella and Vilanova i la Geltrú wrap up three auctions, one of 183 metres

Olivella had the home with the largest floor area. A home of 183 built square metres in Olivella went to court auction, a public sale ordered by a court in which anyone can bid. It was announced on the Portal de Subastas, the official website of the BOE, Spain's Official State Gazette, where courts and public bodies auction property. Bidding ran from 23 September to 13 October.

Vilanova i la Geltrú closed a 64 square metre flat, measured as usable floor area, on Thursday 15 October. The home in Vilanova i la Geltrú, with 64 square metres of usable floor area, accepted bids from 25 September to 15 October. It is the only municipality in the comarca with a published CasasValue, the value CASAS.ES estimates for every home.

The Casa de Andalucía has the largest agreement

The 2025 money reaches popular culture in Ribes. Between 8 and 14 October the city council published in the BDNS, the National Grants Database, the public register where every administration announces its grants, twelve 2025 grant agreements worth 18,424.50 euros, each one a deal through which the council funds a specific organisation. They are named grants (subvención nominativa), a grant earmarked for a named recipient, which nobody else can apply for. Among the organisations are the Geganters de Ribes, the Petits Diabòlics and the Comissió de Festes de Rocamar.
Four agreements, worth 6,409 euros, go to organisations in Les Roquetes. The Ball de Diables de Les Roquetes, the diables petits, the Colla del Drac and the El Duc association receive 6,409 euros, more than a third of the total. The list is completed by the Casa de Andalucía, with the largest agreement, two brotherhoods (Rocío and Santo Cristo), Globaliza-te and one more organisation.
Generalitat money is on offer for associations and foundations that run popular culture venues. Six new businesses in Cubelles, Vilanova, Sant Pere de Ribes and Sitges start out with 23,270.90 euros

Vilanova i la Geltrú gathers the most capital

Building cleaning brings Cubelles the largest founding capital. GARRAFAMBTU S.L appeared in the BORME of 9 October with 6,000 euros to clean public and private buildings. The same BORME brings ABARLOA GLOBAL FORWARDING SPAIN S.L, in Sant Pere de Ribes, with 3,000 euros for transport support services.
Food retail and dentistry arrive in Vilanova i la Geltrú. GOTIC GOURMET S.L appeared in the BORME of 13 October with 5,000 euros to sell food and drink, retail and wholesale. The BORME of 8 October brings a dentistry company with 3,000 euros, which we do not name because its name is that of a person.
Sitges adds a gym and Sant Pere de Ribes a production company. The BORME of 15 October records in Sitges a company to run gyms and fitness rooms, with 3,000 euros, and in Sant Pere de Ribes ARTCASTLE STUDIOS S.L, with 3,270.90 euros to produce theatre and video.
Equality and employment at the Generalitat. The Generalitat's Department of Equality and Feminism is offering grants to draw up equality plans, the set of measures a company adopts after an assessment to achieve equal treatment of women and men, in companies and organisations with fewer than fifty people. On 9 October the Catalan Public Employment Service (SOC) registered another in the BDNS for training contracts, and on the 14th it registered another call for grants for 2026. Nine businesses were incorporated in the Garraf comarca between 8 and 15 October. Vilanova i la Geltrú registered three, among them an intermediary for architecture services, and bidding wound up on its judicial auction of a flat with 64 usable square metres. Sant Pere de Ribes recorded another three, among them a computer shop that also declares residential building work, and its city council registered twelve 2025 agreements for 18,424.50 euros with cultural and festival organisations. Cubelles welcomed BLUE JANUARY REAL ESTATE S.L together with the most generously funded of the nine start-ups, Sitges a gym, and in Olivella two court auctions ended. Canyelles had neither new businesses nor auctions.
