Illescas puts 6.36 million into one tender, 86 of every 100 euros on offer in the Toledo comarca today

In the Toledo comarca, Illescas puts 6.36 million, before tax, into a single contract, 86 of every 100 euros in the eight tenders now running, with offers welcome until 16 November. Argés, Gálvez and the city of Toledo have contractors lined up, the provincial council publishes 11 investment agreements with 10 town councils and 18 companies are born, mostly in the city of Toledo, Illescas and Seseña.

  • Illescas looks for one company to both design and build. The full council (Pleno) of Illescas Town Council published on 18 October on the Plataforma de Contratación, the official portal where public bodies publish their tenders for works and services, a contract combining the design, the health and safety study, the self-protection manual, the building logbook and the execution of the works. It is out to public tender, in which companies bid to carry out works or a service, for 6,358,203.82 euros excluding VAT, that is, before tax, with bids until 16 November.
  • One project outweighs the other seven put together. The Toledo comarca has eight works open to bids, worth 7,383,718.17 euros excluding VAT in total, and the Illescas one takes 86 per cent, 6.2 times what the other seven are tendering.
  • The Illescas plenary already knows this format. The same body has already resolved another design and build contract, published in May and tendered for 6,667,479.89 euros excluding VAT, with Imesapi as the chosen company. A third one, published in July 2025 with the same title and the same amount as this week's, updated its record on 20 October and is entrusted to Viales y Obras Públicas, a sociedad anónima, a public limited company, whose capital is divided into shares. The Platform does not say whether the new tender repeats that contract.

  • A 401,000 euro property company chooses the city of Toledo. A company with its registered office in the city of Toledo, unnamed because it bears a person's name, was entered on 21 October in the Boletín Oficial del Registro Mercantil, the Official Gazette of the Companies Register, where new companies, capital changes and closures must be published by law, with 401,000 euros of share capital, the money the partners put in when founding the company, which is not turnover, to manage tourist flats and rural houses and to buy, sell and rent property. It provides 88 per cent of the capital of the 18 new companies in the Toledo comarca this week, which add up to 458,102 euros.
  • Painting, installations and development add four more firms. Seseña gains Pintura y Decoración Claiver, which paints, glazes and buys and sells property, and Olías del Rey Soluciones Integrales Boss-Tech, which does electrical, plumbing and heating and cooling installations on building sites. In the city of Toledo they are joined by Nosotros le Llevamos, which combines house building and bricklaying with passenger transport, and another property development, construction and rental company that bears a person's name. All four start with 3,000 euros of capital.
  • The Junta opens two programmes for exporters. The Instituto de Promoción Exterior de Castilla-La Mancha, the Castilla-La Mancha Foreign Promotion Institute, the regional body that helps firms sell abroad, published on 19 and 20 October the convocatoria, the notice that opens the window to apply for a grant, to visit the Biofach trade fair and the one for Colombia and the Dominican Republic. From 15 to 22 October, Illescas launched a 6.36 million tender joining design and construction. Burguillos de Toledo, Nambroca, Borox, Casarrubios del Monte, the city of Toledo and Mocejón have tenders open for municipal repairs. Argés, Gálvez and the city of Toledo chose a builder for works whose records moved, and Recas and Cedillo del Condado are still choosing. Guadamur, Bargas, Valmojado, Cobeja, Ugena and Villaseca de la Sagra received investment agreements from the provincial council, as did Argés, Recas, Nambroca and Burguillos de Toledo, Polán received one for a cultural project, and Yuncos, Seseña, Cobisa, Illescas, Olías del Rey, Argés and Valmojado registered companies. In Pantoja, Yeles, Layos, Esquivias, Totanés, Carranque, Noez, Magán, Casasbuenas, Lominchar, Pulgar, Añover de Tajo, Cuerva, Yuncler, Palomeque, Chozas de Canales, Yunclillos, El Viso de San Juan, Las Ventas de Retamosa, Numancia de la Sagra, Cabañas de la Sagra, Alameda de la Sagra and Villaluenga de la Sagra, no works, agreement or company based there is recorded this week.
