Navalcán and El Puente del Arzobispo tender street resurfacing for 163,698 euros, first deadline Tuesday 20

Navalcán and El Puente del Arzobispo want to surface or resurface streets in three works worth 163,698 euros before VAT. Both El Puente jobs close on Tuesday 20 October. Between 7 and 14 October the Talavera de la Reina comarca registered four companies with 18,035 euros between them, the largest a vehicle firm in Mejorada. The region's 2026 call for home energy refurbishment grants has been published since 7 October.

  • Electrical and air conditioning installations get under way in Calera y Chozas with 3,000 euros. VOLTERRA GREEN ENERGY SL, based in Calera y Chozas, was registered on 8 October in the BORME, the Official Gazette of the Companies Register, where new companies must be published by law. It will carry out electrical, air conditioning and aerothermal installations, and starts with 3,000 euros of share capital, the money the partners put in when founding the company, not its turnover.
  • A construction, refurbishment and letting firm appears in Pepino. A company bearing a person's name, which is why we do not cite it, was born in Pepino according to the BORME of 13 October. It will build and refurbish buildings and buy, sell and let property, with 3,000 euros of capital.
  • The city of Talavera and Mejorada complete the register, with the Mejorada firm putting in the largest sum. WZ ROYAL SL, a drinks and catering business, was registered on 8 October in the city of Talavera de la Reina with 3,035 euros and MEJORAUTO MOTOR SL, a company that sells and repairs vehicles and transports goods, did so on 14 October in Mejorada with 9,000 euros, the largest capital of the week.

  • Navalcán takes surfacing bids until Sunday 25. Navalcán city council is looking for a company for the wearing course of several streets. It put it out to tender, a public tender in which companies bid to carry out works or a service, for 99,235.44 euros before VAT, that is, before tax. It is the largest open works contract in the Talavera de la Reina comarca, and the three street works with bidding still open add up to 163,698.23 euros.
  • Two resurfacing jobs in El Puente del Arzobispo, take offers through Tuesday 20. Phase 4 of Calle Cañada Real was put out to tender at 37,498.76 euros before VAT, while Calle Toledillo at 26,964.03 euros before VAT.
  • The pavements of Barrio Arriba and five other streets in Calera y Chozas, under assessment. The city council put the pavements and road surface strengthening of Calle Barrio Arriba and five lanes out to tender again, for 140,948.82 euros before VAT. The first contract is shown as awarded on the Procurement Platform, the official portal where public bodies publish their tenders for works and services, which does not yet name a company for it. The new one is under assessment.

  • Talavera's Christmas lights will be rented with maintenance. The city of Talavera de la Reina has the ornamental Christmas lighting, rented with maintenance under assessment, tendered at 139,990 euros before VAT. The council is assessing the bids and has not yet chosen a company. Bidding closed on 6 October.
  • Fixing the rural roads is shown as awarded. The repair and upkeep of the roads of the municipal area, put out to tender at 165,289.25 euros before VAT, is shown on the Procurement Platform as awarded, which on the Platform means the tender is over and the contract has been closed, although it does not yet name the chosen company.
  • ASFALTECNO lands the Talavera roundabout islands. ASFALTECNO OBRAS Y SERVICIOS won the landscaping of the inner islands of several roundabouts, put out to tender at 55,484.13 euros before VAT. Across the three contracts, the city puts 360,763.38 euros out to tender in street works and services.

  • Calera y Chozas plans a roof for its council-owned padel court. Bidding for the roof over the council-owned padel court, tendered at 121,525.90 euros before VAT, closed on 7 October and the city council does not yet have a company.
  • New street lamps for Avenida de Talavera, in Parrillas. Bidding closed on 8 October for the renewal of the street lighting of the avenue, put out to tender at 64,325.54 euros before VAT under the 2026 Extraordinary Investment Plan of the Diputación de Toledo, the provincial government, which provides services above all to small towns. The same city council marked as awarded, with the tender over and the contract closed, the lease of a home on Calle Diputación, put out to tender at 18,000 euros before VAT, in favour of ASOCIACIÓN DE PUEBLOS CON FUTURO.
  • Regional money to refurbish flats and cut the energy bill. On 7 October the Directorate General for Housing of the regional government published the 2026 call for refurbishment and energy efficiency in homes and buildings, the notice of a grant and of how to apply for it. It is co-financed by the FEDER, the European Regional Development Fund, EU money to narrow the gaps between regions. From 7 to 14 October the Talavera de la Reina comarca registered four new companies in Mejorada, Pepino, the city of Talavera de la Reina and Calera y Chozas, while Navalcán and El Puente del Arzobispo keep their surfacing works open to bidders, and Calera y Chozas, Parrillas and the city hold contracts that are being assessed or already awarded. Alcañizo, Alcolea de Tajo, Almendral de la Cañada, Azután, Buenaventura, Caleruela, Calzada de Oropesa, Cardiel de los Montes, Castillo de Bayuela, Cazalegas, Cebolla, Cervera de los Montes, El Real de San Vicente, Herreruela de Oropesa, Hinojosa de San Vicente, Illán de Vacas, La Iglesuela del Tiétar, La Pueblanueva, Lagartera, Las Herencias, Las Ventas de San Julián, Los Cerralbos, Lucillos, Malpica de Tajo, Marrupe, Montearagón, Montesclaros, Navalmoralejo, Navamorcuende, Oropesa, San Bartolomé de las Abiertas, San Román de los Montes, Sartajada, Segurilla, Sotillo de las Palomas, Torralba de Oropesa, Torrico, Valdeverdeja and Velada, by contrast, went from 7 to 14 October without a single incorporation, tender or auction bid.
