Sanxenxo registers a 10-euro firm while three works in Dorrón, Baltar and Bamio seek a builder

A Sanxenxo firm launched with 10 euros, a three-hundredth of the 3,000 put in by each of its BORME neighbours. The O Salnés comarca keeps three tenders worth 294,242 euros before tax open until 4 November, and the Baltar pergola returns with June's amount.

The Sanxenxo firm puts in 10 euros where the others put in 3,000

A Sanxenxo company opens its books with the capital of a cup of coffee. XGI LAB SOCIEDAD LIMITADA entered the BORME, the Official Gazette of the Companies Register, where new companies must be published by law, on 15 October. It lists computer programming, short-stay accommodation, letting of its own property and property intermediation. Its share capital, the money its partners put in at founding, is 10 euros, 300 times less than each of the other four new companies.
Vilanova and Vilagarcía gain two firms with 3,000 euros each. SOLTEC GALICIA SOCIEDAD LIMITADA was set up on 8 October in Vilanova de Arousa with 3,000 euros. INDEREX ECONOMIA DEL BIEN COMUN SOCIEDAD LIMITADA arrived in Vilagarcía de Arousa on 13 October, also with 3,000.
Industrial spare parts and an accountancy firm complete the count. INVERSIONES RHAEGAL SOCIEDAD LIMITADA was incorporated on 8 October in Vilagarcía de Arousa to sell industrial machinery and spare parts. A tax and accounting advisory firm in Cambados joined on the 14th. Together the five add up to 12,010 euros.
Cambados sees its only auctioned flat close to bidders. The only court auction in the comarca, a public sale ordered by a court, is a home in Cambados with 65.5 square metres built and 53.4 usable according to the edicto, the official notice of the auction. It was published on the Auction Portal, the official website of the BOE, Spain's Official State Gazette, where courts and public bodies sell property. It no longer accepts bids.

Three works in Dorrón, Baltar and Bamio await bids until November, with 294,242 euros at stake

Thirteen days separate the first deadline from the last

Guillabai, in Dorrón, will be widened and paved. On 9 October Sanxenxo opened a tender, a public competition in which companies submit bids, for the widening and paving of the Guillabai road on the Public Sector Procurement Platform, the official portal where public bodies publish their tenders for works and services. It is tendered at 127,934.02 euros before VAT, or before tax, under the Plan Extraordinario Vía Depo 2026, according to its title.
Baltar asks again for bids to roof its stands. On 9 October the extension of the pergola at the Baltar football pitch came out, tendered at 57,788.73 euros before VAT. It is the same figure as the June tender, which is listed as resolved without a company.
In Sobrán and Bamio the deadline falls before anywhere else. Vilagarcía de Arousa keeps the improvement of the A Renza road in Sobrán and the Nogueirido through road, tendered at 108,519.72 euros before VAT, open until 22 October.

O Outeiro and O Mosteiro top nine unawarded contracts worth 1.74 million

Dorrón and Meis await their two largest works. The pedestrian-friendly redesign of the centre of O Outeiro, in Dorrón, tendered at 605,948 euros before VAT, and the safe route to the O Mosteiro school, in Meis, tendered at 459,748.41 euros before VAT, are still being assessed by the public body, with no company chosen yet.
Vilalonga and Bordóns no longer take proposals for their streets. Bids to develop two streets in Vilalonga, tendered at 186,074.01 euros before VAT, and to make a square in Bordóns accessible, tendered at 130,177.61 euros before VAT, closed on 5 October, with no company yet.
Nantes waits on a lift for culture and stands for sport. The lift at the Nantes Cultural Centre and the stands at its sports hall, each tendered at under 50,000 euros before VAT, still have no company, as Sanxenxo is assessing the bids received.
Lois, the port and Bamio complete the list. Ribadumia closed bidding for the surroundings of the church of San Fins de Lois, tendered at 97,658.85 euros before VAT. The Autoridad Portuaria de Vilagarcía de Arousa, the public body that runs the port, is assessing bids for solar panels of 110.33 kilowatts peak, their maximum output, tendered at 93,707.32 euros before VAT, and Vilagarcía de Arousa City Council for the refurbishment of the Bamio sports hall, tendered at 68,673.54 euros before VAT.

Sanxenxo's coastal promenade reached this week with a builder. ORECO BALGON is listed as the contractor, the company chosen to build it, for the coastal promenade from the Paseo de Silgar to the Punta Vicaño park, tendered at 1,487,599.58 euros before VAT by the Sanxenxo mayor's office.
Vilagarcía pedestrianises Calle Esperanza and gives the Emergency Centre a lift. SERVICIOS MEDIOAMBIENTALES DEL MIÑO will carry out the redesign and pedestrianisation of Calle Esperanza, tendered at 344,508.69 euros before VAT. PLANIFICACIÓN DESARROLLO Y GESTIÓN DE CONSTRUCCIÓNES will install the lift at the Emergency Centre, tendered at 50,588.49 euros before VAT.
Montalvo restores its dunes and the port changes its meters. Servilar 2018 will carry out the dune restoration and pedestrian access at Montalvo beach, tendered at 74,544.64 euros before VAT, and the limited company Espina y Delfin will fit the port's water meters, tendered at 36,550.97 euros before VAT.
Two resolved contracts appear without a contractor. The accessibility works on a street in Vilagarcía de Arousa, tendered at 111,368.79 euros before VAT, and the first Baltar tender are listed as resolved without a contractor.

From 8 to 15 October the O Salnés comarca registered five companies. Sanxenxo added XGI LAB, founded with 10 euros, tendered the Guillabai road and, again, the Baltar pergola, and has handed its Silgar to Punta Vicaño promenade to a contractor. Vilagarcía de Arousa gained two companies, keeps open until 22 October a single contract joining the A Renza road in Sobrán and the Nogueirido through road in Bamio, and will see Calle Esperanza pedestrianised, a contract already resolved. Vilanova de Arousa welcomed SOLTEC GALICIA and Cambados an advisory firm, plus a 65.5 metre court-auctioned flat, bidding now closed. In Meis the O Mosteiro school route bids remain under review, and Ribadumia stopped taking proposals on 8 October for work around the Lois church. This week O Grove, Meaño and A Illa de Arousa saw no company formations, works or auctions.
