A property firm brings 771,825 of the 799,826 euros behind twelve fresh incorporations in the Huelva comarca

In the Huelva comarca, BASAJAUN DESARROLLOS, a real estate newcomer in the city of Huelva, starts out with 771,825 euros against 28,001 among the other eleven incorporations. Canteras Reunidas de Huelva appears in both resolved resurfacing contracts, the road from Moguer to El Rocío and the Boulevar del Agua of Punta Umbría, while Moguer and Aljaraque open three tenders.

The road from Moguer to El Rocío takes four in every ten euros

The road from Moguer to El Rocío has its builder. The Diputación Provincial de Huelva, the provincial government, published on 15 October on the Plataforma de Contratación, the official portal where public bodies post their tenders, the resolution of the resurfacing of several stretches of the HU-3110 road, from Moguer to El Rocío. The works went out at 1,488,218.63 euros excluding VAT, before tax, and the official record names CANTERAS REUNIDAS DE HUELVA S.L.
Punta Umbría resurfaces the Boulevar del Agua. Punta Umbría Town Council resolved this week, meaning the tender is over and the contract has been closed, the resurfacing of the avenida Boulevar del Agua, tendered at 153,266.31 euros excluding VAT, and the official record names CANTERAS REUNIDAS DE HUELVA S.L.U. The two resurfacing contracts add up to 1,641,484.94 euros tendered, 48.5 per cent of the total for the seven contracts with a company in this section.
Gibraleón, Mazagón and calle Góndola have a contractor. Also resolved are the redevelopment of calle Góndola in Punta Umbría, with CIVILSUR HUELVA, tendered at 209,942.25 euros excluding VAT, the municipal roads of Gibraleón, with CANTERA LA VIBORA, tendered at 389,459.06 euros excluding VAT, and the Mazagón interpretation centre, in Moguer, with PROGESTYONA, tendered at 330,578.49 euros excluding VAT.
Aljaraque's water gets new filters. Gestión Integral del Agua de Huelva has resolved the rebuilding of the activated carbon filters at the Aljaraque water treatment plant with DINOTEC SOCIEDAD DE AGUAS Y MEDIO AMBIENTE, tendered at 798,977.90 euros excluding VAT. In Punta Umbría, TÉCNICAS FRIGORÍFICAS ONUBENSES appears in the air conditioning of the Casa Consistorial, at 16,515 euros excluding VAT.

Moguer and Aljaraque open three tenders worth 475,988 euros, with padel in Moguer until Tuesday the 27th

One deadline falls next week and the rest in November

The El Algarrobito industrial estate renews its networks and asphalt. Moguer Town Council published on 16 October the improvement of sewerage, water supply and asphalt at the Polígono Industrial El Algarrobito, tendered, in a public competition where firms bid, at 269,668.44 euros excluding VAT, and that same day the asphalting of rural roads in three lots, at 158,520 euros excluding VAT. Both accept bids until 11 November.
Electric charging in Aljaraque covers five locations. Aljaraque Town Council published on 16 October the supply and installation of public charging points for electric vehicles at five locations, tendered at 47,800 euros excluding VAT. It accepts bids until 2 November.
Moguer gives five days for padel. The two padel courts and the upgrade of the eastern area of the Moguer municipal sports centre, tendered at 74,373.97 euros excluding VAT, remain open until Tuesday 27 October.
The Punta Umbría lighting contract still wants bids. Open until 3 November is the tender to renew the outdoor street lighting of Punta Umbría, which the Town Council put out to tender again in early October at 3,060,580.60 euros excluding VAT.
Aljaraque looks for the builder of a seven-player pitch. Still open are the design and construction of a football pitch for seven players next to the Aljaraque municipal ground, tendered at 486,596.59 euros excluding VAT, and the ceramic cladding of the wall and buildings of the Plaza de la Cruz in Palos de la Frontera, at 86,000 euros excluding VAT.

The Port of Huelva keeps 80.7 million open for bids to bury avenida Hispanoamérica and develop the Sebo

Only the demolition of the warehouses has reached the finish line

Avenida Hispanoamérica will go underground. The Autoridad Portuaria de Huelva, the public body that runs the Port of Huelva, keeps open until 29 January 2027 the burying of avenida Hispanoamérica with an underground car park under concession, tendered at 59,774,485.39 euros excluding VAT.
The Sebo land is being developed. The conditioning and development of the Punta del Sebo land, tendered at 20,938,354.16 euros excluding VAT, accepts bids until 10 November. Together with the burying of the avenue, the port accounts for 95.1 per cent of what the Huelva comarca has open to bids.
Dredging the port waters, firm still pending. The maintenance dredging of depths in inner waters, tendered at 11,818,614.18 euros excluding VAT, has been in the assessment stage since the deadline closed on 30 September, so the public body is assessing bids and has not chosen a company yet.

The Merced bullring gets new surroundings. Huelva city council is assessing the bids for the redevelopment of the area around the Plaza de Toros de la Merced, tendered at 741,107.89 euros excluding VAT, along with the green corridors and the ecological transition pilot areas, and the solar panels at the Palacio de Deportes Carolina Marín, at 371,421.49 euros excluding VAT.
The university campuses in Huelva await a builder. The Universidad de Huelva has closed the deadlines for five works, among them the pavements of avenida de las Letras and avenida de las Ciencias on the El Carmen campus, tendered at 412,966.26 euros excluding VAT, and the roof of the Pabellón Príncipe de Asturias, at 134,581.21 euros excluding VAT. The deadline is also closed for the replacement of the medium voltage cells at the data processing centre, tendered at 67,647.93 euros excluding VAT.
Palos waits to award the Centro de Estancia Diurna. The deadline closed on 5 October for the Day Care Centre and the public square on calle San José, tendered at 1,552,793.47 euros excluding VAT. Palos awaits a company for the fencing of the Villa Argentina plot.
Peñuelas, Canorra and farm employment await a company. Moguer closed on 13 October bidding for the environmental improvement of the Peñuelas and Canorra roads, tendered at 613,227.61 euros excluding VAT, and San Juan del Puerto on 5 October for the purchase of materials for its PFEA works, the farm employment promotion programme, at 112,678 euros excluding VAT.

A single new company puts up almost all the capital of the week

A fresh property venture opens with 771,825 euros. The BORME of 16 October, the official gazette of the companies register, records the incorporation in the city of Huelva of BASAJAUN DESARROLLOS, a property firm to buy, manage and rent out real estate, with 771,825 euros of share capital, the money the partners put in. That is 96.5 per cent of the 799,826 euros raised by the twelve incorporations of the week.
Lifts, building works and logistics get new companies. The same BORME of 16 October brings FORTALEZA ASCENSORES and ZORAX HUB, both in the city of Huelva. The BORME of 14 October records BLAUE DIVISION 250, a building construction firm in the city of Huelva with 3,000 euros of capital, HNNLA LOGISTICS in Moguer, NORBONUBA EXPRESS in Punta Umbría, a vehicle shop and workshop in San Juan del Puerto and DISTRIBUCIONES MAN PELUQUERIA Y ESTETICA in Aljaraque. The city accounts for eight of the twelve. That is five fewer than the previous week, when 17 were incorporated, but with almost nine times as much capital, 799,826 euros against 89,001.
Bidding on both court-ordered homes ended on 14 October. The two homes in the city of Huelva at court auction, a public sale ordered by a court, closed bidding on 14 October, the first and the second, on the Portal de Subastas, the official website of the BOE, the Boletín Oficial del Estado, where official notices are published. Their edictos, the official notice of the auction, give neither square metres nor a description.
Two Andalusian grant calls are open for applications. The Agencia Andaluza de la Energía, the Andalusian regional body that manages these grants, published on 14 October an amendment to the call for incentives of the Plan Renove Vehículos Andalucía, the notice that opens the window to apply for a grant to renew vehicles. The Consejería de Agricultura, Pesca, Agua y Desarrollo Rural, the regional farming department, also opened the grants for dairy yield recording for 2027. From 14 to 21 October CASAS.ES followed the seven municipalities of the Huelva comarca, in the province of Huelva. Punta Umbría resolved the Boulevar del Agua resurfacing with the same local quarry firm that appears on the road from Moguer to El Rocío, lets firms bid for the public lighting renewal until 3 November and has named firms for Góndola and the Casa Consistorial air conditioning. Moguer opened tenders for El Algarrobito and its rural roads, closes the padel tender on 27 October and keeps Peñuelas and Canorra pending a builder. Aljaraque is tendering electric charging and a football pitch for seven players, design included, and the filters at its water treatment plant are already assigned. The municipal roads of Gibraleón have already been awarded. In Palos de la Frontera the day centre and its public square remain unassigned, while the ceramic cladding next to the Cruz has gone to tender. San Juan del Puerto awaits a supplier for the farm employment materials and adds a vehicle shop and workshop. The city of Huelva has eight new companies, led by the 771,825 euro property firm and a newly created builder. It also has the port works, ten neighbourhood contracts not yet awarded and two court-ordered homes whose bidding has ended.
