🧬 Distinguishing features

Lugar Alfaguara. Mountains fill much of the horizon from the house, and the summit that dominates it is Sierra Cabrilla (1,306 m). The Catastro maps it as freestanding, with no shared walls.

The plot's open space faces south-east. Its year of construction predates NBE-CT-79, the 1979 Spanish standard on the thermal performance of buildings. It has a pool, which is common on the street. The pool is on the south-east side of the home.
