Calle Virgen de Belén, 16. From the top floor the mountains can be seen across part of the horizon, with Chamizo (1,640 m) in the background. Of its perimeter, 55% is wall shared with the houses next door.

It is among the oldest houses on the street. Its year of construction predates NBE-CT-79, the 1979 Spanish standard on the thermal performance of buildings. Its main façade opens to the east.
