Calle Hospital, 4. The view from the top floor opens onto the mountains, and Sierra de Camarolos (1,377 m) rules the horizon. Party walls take up 80% of its perimeter.

It is one of the oldest houses on the street. Its year of construction predates NBE-CT-79, the 1979 Spanish standard on the thermal performance of buildings. On the CASAS.ES view scale, the ground floor has limited views and floor 1, good ones.
