Calle el Viento, 1. Mountains fill much of the horizon from the ground floor, and the summit that dominates it is Monte Redondo (515 m). It shares 35% of its perimeter with neighbouring buildings, according to the Catastro's mapping.

In all it has 235 m² of floor area on a plot of 245 m². It was built before NBE-CT-79, the basic standard that set thermal requirements for buildings in Spain in 1979. Its main façade opens to the north-west.
