Calle Carretería, 1

🧬 Distinguishing features

Calle Carretería, 1. It is the oldest house on the street. It shares little wall with its neighbours: 30% of its perimeter.

On the odd-numbered side, the street starts here: there is no lower number. It was built before NBE-CT-79, the basic standard that set thermal requirements for buildings in Spain in 1979. Other buildings close off much of the view from the top floor.
