Calle Nueva, 1

🧬 Distinguishing features

Calle Nueva, 1. The view from the top floor opens onto the mountains, and La Sierra (1,519 m) rules the horizon. With 23% of its perimeter as party wall, most of its outline is free-standing.

The unbuilt part of the plot lies to the south. Its year of construction predates NBE-CT-79, the 1979 Spanish standard on the thermal performance of buildings. The views change a lot going up: limited on the ground floor and good on floor 2, on the CASAS.ES scale.
