Calle Molino Alto, 10. It is the house with the smallest plot on the street. It has about 70 m² of unbuilt land, less than any other house on the street.

With 29% of its perimeter as party wall, most of its outline is free-standing. It was built before NBE-CT-79, the basic standard that set thermal requirements for buildings in Spain in 1979. From the top floor the mountains can be seen across part of the horizon, with Cerro del Cruce (710 m) in the background.
