🧬 Distinguishing features

Calle Canalejas, 19-21. High ground fills much of the view from the top floor; the dominant summit is Cruz (1,439 m). It is the oldest house on the street.

With 22% of its perimeter as party wall, most of its outline is free-standing. Its year in the Catastro is earlier than 1979, when the NBE-CT-79 standard on thermal conditions in buildings was approved. On the odd-numbered side, the street ends here: there is no higher number.
