🧬 Distinguishing features

Calle Torno San Juan de Dios, 1. The view from the top floor is panoramic, over the town, and reaches beyond 2 km. With 28% of its perimeter as party wall, most of its outline is free-standing.

Its year of construction predates NBE-CT-79, the 1979 Spanish standard on the thermal performance of buildings. It faces west. The views change a lot going up: limited on the ground floor and average on floor 1, on the CASAS.ES scale.
