Calle Almería, 2. In the background of the view from the top floor stands Maroma (2,064 m). It shares little wall with its neighbours: 29% of its perimeter.

It is the first number on the even-numbered side of the street. Its year of construction predates NBE-CT-79, the 1979 Spanish standard on the thermal performance of buildings. The views change a lot going up: limited on the ground floor and good on floor 2, on the CASAS.ES scale.
