Calle Casas Nuevas, 6

🧬 Distinguishing features

Calle Casas Nuevas, 6. It is the house with the smallest plot on the street. It shares little wall with its neighbours: 34% of its perimeter.

On the even-numbered side, the street starts here: there is no lower number. Its year of construction predates NBE-CT-79, the 1979 Spanish standard on the thermal performance of buildings. The surrounding buildings block much of the view from the top floor.
