Calle los Jarales, 8. From the top floor there is a wide view of the mountains, with Morrón de la Cruz (746 m) dominating the horizon. It is the oldest house on the street.

The Catastro maps it as freestanding, with no shared walls. The garden lies to the south-east of the house. Its year of construction predates NBE-CT-79, the 1979 Spanish standard on the thermal performance of buildings.
