🧬 Distinguishing features

Compared with the houses on its street and nearby. Its key data is elsewhere on this page.

Calle Santa María la Cañada, 21. The view from the house opens onto the mountains, and La Hidalga (1,502 m) rules the horizon. It is one of the oldest houses on the street.

It has less free plot than most houses on the street: about 50 m² unbuilt. According to the Catastro's mapping, it is a detached house: it shares no walls with its neighbours. It was built before NBE-CT-79, the basic standard that set thermal requirements for buildings in Spain in 1979.
