Barrio Posturas, 2. From the house the mountains can be seen across part of the horizon, with Salazar (510 m) in the background. It shares no walls with any other house, according to the cadastral map.

The plot's open space faces east. Its year of construction predates NBE-CT-79, the 1979 Spanish standard on the thermal performance of buildings. It has a pool, like many houses on the street. The pool is to the south-east.
