Calle Jesús, 7

🧬 Distinguishing features

Calle Jesús, 7. It shares walls with its neighbours along 40% of its perimeter. From the top floor, the view opens out over the town and reaches far, beyond 2 km.

It is the last number on the odd-numbered side of the street. Its year of construction predates NBE-CT-79, the 1979 Spanish standard on the thermal performance of buildings. The views change a lot going up: limited on the ground floor and good on floor 2, on the CASAS.ES scale.
