🧬 Distinguishing features

Plaza de la Constitución, 3. Only 17% of its perimeter is wall shared with other houses. It has more free plot than most houses on the street: about 150 m² unbuilt.

The garden lies to the east of the house. Its year of construction predates NBE-CT-79, the 1979 Spanish standard on the thermal performance of buildings. Other buildings close off much of the view from the top floor.
