🧬 Distinguishing features

Compared with the buildings on its street and nearby. Its key data is elsewhere on this page.

Calle Aragón, 5. Mountains fill much of the horizon from floor 3, and the summit that dominates it is Cerro del Chaparral (1,085 m). Going up to floor 6, the sea appears to the east; from the ground floor it cannot be seen.

According to CasasValue, its price per square metre is the lowest of the blocks of flats on the street. It is the tallest building on the street. Besides this one, it has an address on Calle Vizcaya. No building on the street has more homes. It was built after every other building on the street. It is closer to the sea than almost all the street: 700 m as the crow flies, against a median of 770 m.
