Calle Laurel, 7. The view from the top floor reaches the mountains over part of the horizon; in the background, Sierra de Camarolos (1,377 m). Of its perimeter, 59% is wall shared with the houses next door.

It is one of the oldest houses on the street. The garden lies to the east of the house. It was built before NBE-CT-79, the basic standard that set thermal requirements for buildings in Spain in 1979.
