Calle Azahar, 1-3. From the top floor the mountains can be seen across part of the horizon, with Cerro del Águila (1,028 m) in the background. It is among the largest houses on the street.

According to the Catastro's mapping, it is a detached house: it shares no walls with its neighbours. Its year in the Catastro is earlier than 1979, when the NBE-CT-79 standard on thermal conditions in buildings was approved. It is the first number on the odd-numbered side of the street.
