Cuesta de los Rojas, 16

🧬 Distinguishing features

Cuesta de los Rojas, 16. It is among the houses with the least floor area on the street. With 25% of its perimeter as party wall, most of its outline is free-standing.

On the even-numbered side, the street ends here: there is no higher number. It was built before NBE-CT-79, the basic standard that set thermal requirements for buildings in Spain in 1979. The surrounding buildings block much of the view from the top floor.
