Calle Santa María la Vieja, 57. From the top floor there is a wide view of the mountains, with Sierra Pelada (770 m) dominating the horizon. With 18% of its perimeter as party wall, most of its outline is free-standing.

It is among the oldest houses on the street. It was built before NBE-CT-79, the basic standard that set thermal requirements for buildings in Spain in 1979. The façade is oriented to the west.
