Avenida García Lorca, 14

🧬 Distinguishing features

Avenida García Lorca, 14. High ground fills much of the view from the house; the dominant summit is Hacho (552 m). It shares little wall with its neighbours: 13% of its perimeter.

It has about 50 m² of its plot left unbuilt, less than most houses on the street. It was built before NBE-CT-79, the basic standard that set thermal requirements for buildings in Spain in 1979. It faces west.
