🧬 Distinguishing features

Partida Cañada Fábrica. Mountains fill much of the horizon from the house, and the summit that dominates it is Cerro de la Sepultura (1,115 m). The Catastro maps it as freestanding, with no shared walls.

The unbuilt part of the plot lies to the west. Its main façade opens to the south. It has a pool, like many houses on the street. The pool is on the south side of the home.
