Partida Campiñuela

🧬 Distinguishing features

Partida Campiñuela. High ground fills much of the view from the house; the dominant summit is Cabeza las Cruces (1,142 m). The Catastro maps it as freestanding, with no shared walls.

The plot's open space faces north-west. Its year of construction predates NBE-CT-79, the 1979 Spanish standard on the thermal performance of buildings. The main façade looks out to the south-east.
