Compared with the houses on its street and nearby. Its key data is elsewhere on this page.

Partida Lomas, 34. High ground fills much of the view from the top floor; the dominant summit is Cabeza las Cruces (1,142 m). It is one of the oldest houses on the street.

On the street, 57 of the 84 houses have a pool according to the Catastro, but this one does not. According to the Catastro's mapping, it is a detached house: it shares no walls with its neighbours. It was built before NBE-CT-79, the basic standard that set thermal requirements for buildings in Spain in 1979.
