🧬 Distinguishing features

Compared with the houses on its street and nearby. Its key data is elsewhere on this page.

Partida Borrajo, 33. Mountains fill much of the horizon from the house, and the summit that dominates it is Cerro Barretos (1,120 m). It is one of the oldest houses on the street.

On the street, 68 of the 110 houses have a pool according to the Catastro, but this one does not. According to the Catastro's mapping, it is a detached house: it shares no walls with its neighbours. It was built before NBE-CT-79, the basic standard that set thermal requirements for buildings in Spain in 1979.
