Calle Ancha, 9

🧬 Distinguishing features

Calle Ancha, 9. The view from the top floor reaches the mountains over part of the horizon; in the background, Chamizo (1,640 m). Its plot is among the smallest on the street: 22 m² less than the median.

It shares walls with its neighbours along 86% of its perimeter. It was built before NBE-CT-79, the basic standard that set thermal requirements for buildings in Spain in 1979. The views change a lot going up: limited on the ground floor and average on floor 1, on the CASAS.ES scale.
