Plaza Victoriano Frías, 2

🧬 Distinguishing features

Plaza Victoriano Frías, 2. High ground takes up much of the view from the top floor. It shares little wall with its neighbours: 27% of its perimeter.

Its year of construction predates NBE-CT-79, the 1979 Spanish standard on the thermal performance of buildings. The façade is oriented to the north-east. The views change a lot going up: limited on the ground floor and good on floor 2, on the CASAS.ES scale.
