Plaza de la Constitución, 6

🧬 Distinguishing features

Plaza de la Constitución, 6. It has barely 10 m² of plot left unbuilt, the lowest figure on the street. From the top floor there is a wide view of the mountains.

It shares walls with its neighbours along 64% of its perimeter. It was built before NBE-CT-79, the basic standard that set thermal requirements for buildings in Spain in 1979. Much more can be seen from the top: good views on floor 2, against limited on the ground floor, on the CASAS.ES scale.
