Calle la Cruz, 37

🧬 Distinguishing features

Calle la Cruz, 37. It is among the houses with the least floor area on the street. It shares little wall with its neighbours: 3% of its perimeter.

The plot's open space faces south-west. Its year of construction predates NBE-CT-79, the 1979 Spanish standard on the thermal performance of buildings. The outlook from the top floor is clear: few buildings stand in the way.
